You do not have to buy anything from us. Bring the object that already means something to you: the watch from your grandfather, the glass from that holiday, the knife you use every day. We look at it with you and engrave it while you wait — usually in 5 to 15 minutes, without an appointment.
Most providers in Vienna only engrave what they sell themselves — or they accept outside objects by appointment and after a review. We do it the other way round: you walk in with your item, we look at it together, and in the vast majority of cases we engrave it straight away.
That works because we are a real shop with a workshop behind it. There is someone at the counter who can pick your item up and judge it. No upload form, no ticket system, no reply within two working days.
The engraving itself usually takes less than five minutes. Including advice and layout you are normally out again within 5 to 15 minutes.

There are practically no material limits. What matters is almost always the size, not the material: height or diameter up to 15 cm, engraving area 20 × 20 cm per pass. Larger designs are combined from several passes.
Only the height counts: a 60 cm cutting board is no problem, a 20 cm vase is. We regularly engrave glass, wood, metal, leather, stone, slate and ceramics — plus a range of special materials.
